Mind-Body-Spirit Program

Weekly sessions dedicated to self-exploration to identify imbalances in your mind, body and soul. Includes an introduction session of 90 minutes followed by seven 60-minute sessions as well as accessibility to me in the event additional guidance and support is needed throughout the week. Sessions can be scheduled twice a week for 4 weeks or once a week for 8 weeks. Clients requiring additional maintenance sessions will be provided with a 25% discount on future bookings.
